Quincy

Initially I thought Quincy offered fabulous service and it is a lively location, however very dissapointed with service when I had to return a shoe that was faulty, literally falling apart in under 24 hours. Very sad to learn store staff are friendly when you are buying, and completly the opposite if you have an issue.

I unfortunately wouldn't shop here again as the pair I purchased were over $400 and faulty - no option of return or refund, extremely disappointing.
